Really, really not normal, and it gets you looked at funny if you declare the weapons, and it gets you locked up if you don't declare the weapons and they get found, and a lot of places won't let you dock or even let you through their wormhole junctions if you're armed and not One Of Them, and... yeah. :P It causes problems, but he's probably going to do it anyway. ;3
