Queeeeeeestion?

N'kay... to anyone who has both a Livejournal and a Dreamwidth account, is there any easy way to keep them in sync? And by 'easy way' I mean 'one that I don't have to remember to do'. Can one of them be set up to automatically duplicate entries into the other? 'Cause I forget to update my Dreamwidth account for months at a time, and I know a lot of people would rather read things over there. Suggestions?
