From anime to the BBC!

Da Handsome Hubby bought a pizza today, one of the gloriously overloaded cook-at-home ones from Costco. (Om nom nom. Marinated lamb, fetta, onion, fresh basil, cheeeeese, nom nom nom.) We cooked it, started eating, happy noises were made... then I turned into David Attenborough, and Da Handsome Hubby proved that he could understudy the Death of Rats.

Me: *nomnomnom* I think this is even better than the last one you got.
Da Handsome Hubby: I tried to pick out the meatiest one.
Me: Mmmm, you succeeded. *pause* [David Attenborough voice] "Watch as the hunter-gatherer carefully selects the fattest gazelle from the herd..."
DHH: *snh snh snh* <--(laughing through nose with mouth full)
Me: [innocent] Yes, dear?
DHH: Nothing!
Me: [David Attenborough voice] "...thus gaining sufficient meat to also provide a meal for his mate..."
DHH: *SNH SNH SNH* *cough* *SNH* Okay, stop that NOW or I'm going to fire some pizza crust at you out of my nose. XD

A few minutes later...

Me: *nomnom* Wow, I don't think I'm going to need more than two slices. I know what I'm having for breakfast tomorrow!
DHH: Yup.
Me: [David Attenborough voice] "We can see here that careful prey selection has enabled the hunter-gatherer to provide several days' worth of meals for his family..."
DHH: *snh snh snh*
Me: [innocent] Is something wrong, hon?
DHH: No, it's just ridiculous how good an imitation you're doing!
Me: [David Attenborough voice] "Long and careful observation has enabled the female to perfectly imitate the mating call of the Lesser Crested Voiceover Man!"
DHH: *SNH SNH SNH* *COUGH*
