Holy AAUGH!
Jul. 29th, 2011 10:48 pmHoo boy. It's cold. Dang cold. Too cold. Yes, ladies and gentlemen, winter is cold. How cold, you ask?
Well, let's just say that I'm very VERY glad we finally got our heater fixed (after having it offline for a week, argh!), because last night went down to -5 deg C and it didn't exactly warm up fast once the sun came up... to the point where I left the house at 10:30, went past our fish pond, and took a minute to break the centimetre- thick ICE on top so the fish didn't suffocate.
Ice. A centimetre thick. On a pond that, at that point, had been in full sun for about an hour. YEAH IT'S COLD.
(P.S. I did not know how much of my daily computer routine involved Livejournal until it went down. Welcome back, baby! *kisses screen* Mommy missed you!)
