The dehumidifier is my friend!
Pardon me while I wilt...
It's very pretty here in Kanazawa. Everyone is being incredibly friendly and helpful, the university seems like a pretty cool place, I like my room... but it is so incredibly humid here! (Of course, it didn't help that I arrived when most of Japan was getting very thoroughly rained on, thanks to a typhoon.) I keep wandering around in a T-shirt and having people ask me "aren't you cold?" So far, the answer has always been "no". I'm not looking forward to summer... but then again, I have all of winter and spring to get through first. :)
The first student meeting is tomorrow, so I should have more to say then. Ja ne~!
