Breathe. Don't worry. My trip to China, I only got my visa (and I had to get one for Korea, too!) a week before my flight. You'll be fine.
And even if you do end up teaching English to little kids... you'll do fine. (Unless you have littlekidphobia). I teach English to French three-to-five-year-olds, and it's not as hard as you'd think.
